HI, I’M NATHALIE

A woman standing with one hand in her pocket, smiling, wearing a beige blazer, white shirt, and brown pants, against a plain off-white background.

There comes a moment when you realize the ways you’ve been coping aren’t working anymore. The overthinking, the pressure, the self-doubt—they’ve become familiar, but they’ve also been dimming your light.

That moment isn’t failure. It’s your mind and body asking for something gentler, something that truly supports you.

I’m here to help you turn that awareness into action: finding calm, clarity, and a rhythm that finally feels sustainable.

Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you feel safe in your body, grounded in your truth, and hopeful about the path ahead.

HOW I HELP YOU

EXPLORE OUR INTEGRATIVE, HOLISTIC TREATMENT PATHWAYS

PATHWAY 1: ESSENTIAL PSYCHIATRY

Foundational care for clients new to treatment or seeking a streamlined, evidence-based approach.

Before we make any decisions about treatment, we’ll take time to really understand the story behind your symptoms. During our first 90-minute session, we’ll explore your history, stress patterns, and daily routines to uncover what your mind and body are asking for. If medication feels right, we’ll decide together on the most balanced and effective plan, one that supports healing without losing your sense of self.

START YOUR CARE JOURNEY

PATHWAY 2: INTEGRATIVE + FUNCTIONAL PSYCHIATRY

Deeper, whole-system care for complex cases or those seeking a more holistic approach.

For clients ready to go deeper, I combine psychiatric treatment with holistic, trauma-informed strategies that address the root causes of stress and imbalance.

Together, we’ll explore lifestyle adjustments, mindfulness tools, and nervous system regulation practices to help you move from surviving to truly living.
